Magical Chocolate covered coffee beans

A Funky recipe to spice up your beans

This is a real treat I found long ago and I still cook to this day. I really think it makes some of the best tasting coffee beans and I hope you enjoy it too.

Magical Chocolate covered coffee beans

To put this recipe together it's best if you use the techniques outlined in my All About Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans article.

First melt the chocolate and smother the beans in it. Leave them to harden a little bit but not completely. Roll the chocolate around in the coco powder then let them finish hardening.

Flavored coffees are usually not recommended, but they can add a tasty twist to this treats. Try hazelnut or vanilla for a great delicious hit, or even vanilla covered in white chocolate for an amazing white sensation.

These recipes are not hard to prepare and taste a treat, try whipping some chocolate covered coffee beans up for your next party or friendly gathering. Just place them on the table where the peanuts usually go and I guarantee they will go down an absolute treat.

Happy Cooking,
